The objective and purpose of this
Association shall be to:
Secure the passage of beneficial legislation and initiatives to
ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all of its
members.
Attend to the overall welfare of its members in the performance of
their duties or otherwise as career professional firefighters and paramedics.
Provide the senior leadership of the Fire and Rescue Department,
County government, and the elected officials of
